8/8/13 - squat press/assistance
Training @ 830p
Squat press 185x3, 225x3x5
Pullups 3x5
Ring rows 3x5
Ring dips 1x10
Called it there. Left shoulder and elbow were getting sore. Good sesh, short, took about 40 mins.
