10/15/13 - offseason w3d2 ohp
Training#1 @ 430a
Push press 275x8x2, 275x7 (75%)
Strict ohp 165x10x2, 165x9
Band pushdowns 3x20
Band pull aparts 2x20
Lots of stretching of the shoulder. OHP doesn't bother my shoulder hardly at all. At least I can do some type of pressing without any issues.
