7/24/12 - olifting
training
24" box jump- bwx8, +25(each hand)x8, +35x8, +44x8
muscle snatch- 50kg x3x5
power snatch- 80x3x2, 80x2x4
snatch grip deadlift- 140x3x4
drop snatches- 50x3x3
not bad, starting to feel explosive.. technique is coming together
