front squats- up to 275x3x5
pullups- BWx5x5, +45x3x5, BWx5x5
RDL- 225x8x3
+step ups to 18" box
macros= ??? kept it clean until about 6pm, date night with the Mrs, went to Grimaldi's and smashed an 18" pizza, large ceasar salad and shitload of soda..
