- 56# WFD- 3-5 double spins, pretty tired, just hitting positions, steady around 30'
- 16# stone - 10-15 south african throws, 43ish ft
WFD felt good, cast is feeling better and I'm staying in front of the weight well on the first turn.. for some reason I'm pulling late on the 2nd, need to fix this.
Need to get looser on the stone and keep my knees closer for a tighter spin.. also need to stay closed longer, still lots of work to do on this
Took another ice bath, def felt better than the first time.
macros- 59f / 319c / 313p = 3045cals, ~175g pre/during training
