7/1/11 - squats

training

front squats- up to 365x3
pullups- BWx10, 8, 6, 4, 2 
band assist GHR- BW+minis x8x4

+band resisted lying leg raises

good session, hams definitely feeling the GHRs and front squats were good.. did a little pyrotechnics today for the 4th, despite it only being the 1st.. make sure you turn the volume down on your computer as the fireworks seem to destroy the mic, haha..
