push press- up to 275x3x3
+lying leg raises
ab wheel
cable twists
cable triceps
one arm bent over row using the T bar end
good session fsho. 385 felt heavy as did the triples with 345. By the 4th set I was trashed, barely got that last rep. push press felt pretty good as well.. looking to get a prowler relatively soon, finally going to get some cardio/conditioning work back in
macros = 69f / 242c / 261p = 2666 cals
