1.25m warmup on stationary bike
deads- 135x10, 225x8, 315x3, 401, 455x1, 495x1, 585x1, 605x1, 515x5, 545x3
pullups- bw x10x3
push press- 135x10, 185x3, 205x1, 225x1, 275x1, 305x0
deads felt ok, heavy but ok.. push presses felt great, 275 was stupid easy.. some sort of a mental block with 305.. oh well
pm training
15.5# stone
*no reverse x5
*full standing x5
*spin x8
having trouble pushing the hip through while holding upper body on standing tosses, but its coming together very slowly.. time to step up the stone practices
