terrible. Stayed home with the little guy becaus the mrs was sick so we went out int he side yard to work some wob. I should have started at 15 and worked my way up. After the 6th miss in a row I got frustrated. Pulls were early, releases were early, explosion was off. Every rep was hitting the bar either on the way up or on the way down or just way out in front of it. At least I got some reps in, from a muscular standpoint.
