Threw uphill @ work. pretty blegh sesh. Felt good in the beginning. Lots of stretching beforehand so I felt pretty loose. Problem was my legs, shoulders, hips and core are so sore from the prior workouts this week, I just couldn't get my hips moving fast enough. Every throw that felt 115+ ended up being 107. Oh well, still got some good reps in. Going to train hammers first next week and bump back stones a day that way I'm well rested enough to get a solid 20-30 reps with the hammer.
