power snatch- 60kg x3x2, 80x3x2, 90x3, 100x1x3
push jerk- 80x5, 100x5, 120x5
pullups- BWx5x5
ring rows- BWx10x3
squat- 100x10, 2
felt the groin starting to get annoyed with the training during the 2nd rep of squats so I shut it down. Felt good to get some snatches in, looking forward to adding some oly lifts back into my routine.
