5/22/12 - strength 1.1: squat/bench

am weight= 275lbs

training

squats- 135x10, 225x5, 315x5, 405x2, 405x3, 365x5, 385x5, 405x5, 435x1
bench- 135x10, 225x5, 275x5, 295x5, 315x4

bleggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..... guessing I'm still crushed from the strongman. Couple that with not having anything over 4 bills on my back since early feb and there was just nothing in there. Using this as a transition week and will try to hit Rx weights next week.
