full snatch up to 95x5x2
power snatch up to 185x3x2
seated box jumps- 12" to 24", bw x10x3

ab wheel, roman chair, stretch & foam roll

pulled groin again on the 7th so I was kind of babying it here.. focusing on leading with the right knee and holding upper body for separation

bodyweight at about 266 here
