3/25/13 - me squat

Training @ 440a

Back squat doubles up to 545x2
Front squat 315x5, 365x5, 405x5
Gms 225x8, 275x5x3
Sumo deads 315x5, 365x5, 415x5

Skipped pullups and step-ups. Not gonna lie, just forgot to do them. Legs are wrecked, that 545 double was tough.
