10/28/13 - offseason w5d1 deadlifts

Tucson games coming up this weekend and the abdominal felt pretty good so I just decided to pull semi-heavy and then was going to squat for reps afterwards.. That came to an end quickly

Pulls up to 585x1x2 easy, 635x POP.... torn oblique.. awesome..
