7/12/11 - full body recovery workout

am wt = 285.8lbs

training

135x20 for 1 set on everything

incline press
push press
front squat
bb row
RDL
back squat
pullups - BWx12, x8

+lying leg raises

+1.5 mile walk with my mrs & kiddo

good workout, a good bit more cardio than I'm used to as this made me a bit nauseous with little rest periods between sets. Also hit the elliptical for about 10 mins to loosen up. Great recovery session, just a short easy throwing session tomorrow and rest until flag.

macros = 86f / 429c / 302p = 3790 cals

fats a bit high, no bueno
