8/6/13 - ohp/cgbp & hammer

Training#1 @ 415a

Push press up to 315x1
Strict press 225x5x3
CGBP 225x8, 275x4, 275x2, 225x5
Band pushdowns 3x20

Elbow really hurting today, took about an hour for it to calm down. Going to switch to BTN push presses for a couple weeks to keep the stress off my elbow.

Training#2 @ 1230p

16# hammer x10ish, best 131

Changed my focal point to off to the right a little bit more. Also focused on getting longer on my second wind. Felt great. Looking forward to putting something big together here soon.
